lance martin is a nashville based multi-instrumentalist, with a concentration in pedal steel guitar.
lance martin began his professional music journey studying jazz guitar at northern kentucky university, where he honed improvisational skills that he now applies to country and bluegrass instruments like pedal steel, banjo, dobro, and mandolin.
currently, lance tours domestically and internationally with country artist randy houser, playing pedal steel, lap steel, and dobro. when not on the road with houser, he performs with legendary pam tillis, neo-traditional country artist william michael morgan, and grammy-winning reggae artist gramps morgan.
outside of music, lance is a dedicated martial artist, balancing his musical career with training in muay thai and teaching brazilian jiu-jitsu at renzo gracie nashville.
